Marianne Kock
Managing Director IPC
Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs & Information

Marianne Kock joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S in December 2002.

She is globally responsible for Regulatory Affairs for the Ferring Group and Managing Director of Ferring International PharmaScience Center (IPC). She also oversees development activities in China.

Marianne Kock has more than 30 years of experience from a number of high-level positions within the pharmaceutical industry. Ms Kock holds a Master's Degree in Pharmacy and an executive MBA.

Per Cantor
Senior Vice President Clinical and Non Clinical R&D

Per Cantor joined Ferring in July 2006 and is responsible for clinical and non-clinical research.

Per holds an MD and a PhD degree in the field of peptide hormones from the University of Copenhagen as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Stefan Nielsen
Senior Director, Human Resources IPC

Stefan Nielsen joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2001.

He is responsible for Human Resources including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, safety & environment.

Stefan holds an MSc in Dentistry from Copenhagen University and INSEAD Leadership Development Programme.


Jaap Van Zanten
Director, Finance IPC

Jaap joined Ferring in the Netherlands in 2007 and moved to IPC in 2012.

He is responsible for accounting, controlling, purchasing, travel & meeting support at Ferring IPC.

Jaap holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Groningen and is Certified Public Accountant in the Netherlands.


Jesper Engelbrecht
Vice President, Corparate IS Operations

Jesper Joined Ferring in June 2000 and has been part of building up the Corporate IS function. Today Jesper is responsible for IT security, Corp Servicedesk and Corp Infrastructure.

Jesper has been working with Pharma IT since 1990 and holds an Executive MBA from CBS.


Bolette Wildt
General Counsel, IPC and Global R&D 

Bolette joined Ferring in 2012. She is responsible for legal guidance to the global R&D organisation in the Ferring Group and she is also General Counsel IPC.

Bolette holds a Master Degree in Law from Copenhagen University and is licensed to practice law by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.


Georg Schmies
Vice President, Head of Global Product Development and Drug Delivery

Georg Schmies joined Ferring in 2016 as responsible for development of formulations, drug delivery systems and analytical methods for the global R&D portfolio.

He leads teams at IPC Copenhagen, FCT Glasgow, FGLAG Basel and IPC India is part of his functional network.

Georg studied at Max-Planck Institute, Frankfurt, Germany for Biophysics where he also completed his doctoral thesis in Molecular Physiology. He further has a PhD Fellowship by Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds.
